A clinic’s patient list is the clinic. We treat it that way: separated per clinic, restricted by role, and kept readable rather than deleted the moment a payment is missed.
- Every clinic is a separate tenant. One clinic can never read another clinic’s records.
- Roles decide who sees what. An owner, a manager, a doctor and a receptionist do not get the same screens.
- Two factor sign in is available for every account.
- Every change is written to an activity trail with who did it and when.

An email address. Sign up, add your doctors and chairs, and you can book the first appointment the same afternoon. No card is asked for during the trial.
Yes. Patients can be imported from a spreadsheet, so you are not typing a register back in by hand.
Pick a plan to carry on. If nothing is chosen the workspace becomes read only after a short grace period: your records stay exactly where they are and stay readable. Ask us and we will export your records and send them to you. We keep them for 3 months after that, then delete them from our end.
Yes, at any time, in Settings under Billing. Moving to a smaller plan is only blocked while you have more people in the workspace than that plan allows.
You do. It is your patient list and your clinical records. We hold it to run the service for you, and you can ask for an export or a deletion at any time.
